V. leider kein eigenst\u00e4ndiges Karate-Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karate bildet aber die Grundlage f\u00fcr etliche Kobudo-Techniken, zum Beispiel hinsichtlich Beinstellungen und Armbewegungen. Daher sind einige Karate-Grundlagen auch Teil unseres Kobudo-Trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Karate-Bestandteile im Kobudo-Training sind angelehnt an das stiloffene Karate gem\u00e4\u00df Bayerischem Karate Bund e.
